As CEO of Gather, Andreea Grigore is a driving force in the vacation rental industry with groundbreaking strategies that empower property managers and accelerate growth. From 2016 to 2021, Andreea was the Vice President of Rentals at Elite Pacific, where her vision for a more collaborative and scalable model helped the company grow beyond Hawaii. That expansion led to the creation of Gather Vacations, which now serves property managers and guests on a national scale. Under Andreea’s leadership, Gather strategically spun off its long-term rental division into Pono Property Management, where she continues to guide Pono’s growth as a board member.

Andreea has nearly 20 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, spanning sales & marketing, operations, strategy, and business development. Her extensive industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and talent for inspiring and empowering teams are central to Gather’s continued success. As a working mom raising two young children in Hawaii, Andreea is also passionate about fostering a flexible and supportive workplace that allows her team to thrive personally as well as professionally.
